1. Have friendly eyes and a good smile
2. Have a good sense of humor
3. Simply be yourself, dont be fake to impress anyone
4. Be easy to have a conversation with
5. Be honest and trustworthy,AKA, don't cheat
6. Have common interests
7. Be confident
8. Dont be TOO full of yourself (see above statement)
9. Dont be too girly (don't do your hair or make up every 3 seconds)

This is a hard question because even though we are all "guys", we don't all have the same desires or needs in a girl. One guy likes Apple Pie, the other Cherry, that doesn't make Apple superior. Romantic interests are almost infinitely variable. However, I would say that for a relationship to work there are few things that are requisite in both partners and those are: honesty, shared interests/mentality, communication and mutual respect. Apart from those it's impossible to boil down what makes an ideal girlfriend and there's no neat formula. But I'd be weary of entering into a relationship with a girl who was dishonest, too different and disrespectful.
So all in all, a girl who is just herself and comfortable in her skin is the first part. The second part is pure chemistry over which you have little control.
