 if you are tired then just tell him that.be upfront about it and dont wait another day.this guy doesnt respect you.find someone who will.its hard letting go of someone you love bt it has to be done if the person is not treating you right

 Sweetie, there is no easy way of doing this... tell him straight out that its over, and give him your reasons why.
Stop all contact with him and immerse yourself in your hobbies or going out with friends.
He obviously has serious trust issues, which will not get better, only worse.
You deserve better.
