My gf has been through a tough time at the moment and has got a bit behind with some work, She seems to be quite stressed, so how do i help her to calm down and unwind a bit, maybe some tips on stuff to do when shes doind her extra work at home and ways to make her feel more relaxed? Anything really would be helpful even if its just general tips i really need your help. I hate seeing her like this and knowing that shes getting really upset over it.

I get stressed over work so here are some things my boyfriend has done for me and somethings I would like him to do! hah Make her dinner, get her a 1 hour massage from a professional or get some of the bath and body works massage oil and do it yourself, text her randomly just to tell her you love her, kiss her on the neck and tell her you love her when shes working, clean up around the house, if she likes animals, get her a kitten or a puppy (they are great stress relievers). All these things are free or inexpensive. Be creative! Light aromatherapy candles, write her silly random notes, surprise her! Any surprise or sweet thing you do will take her mind off work, even if its just for a second, and she will smile and think how wonderful her man is, instead of how awful all this work is! let me know how it works out. good luck!
