 typical man answer there! For a start if he likes you then you shouldnt have to make them fall for you. dont be a girl tho laughing at things that arent funny just will make him think your a bimbo! That then starts the ball rolling. Be natural eye contact yes sneaky touches and smiles yes but then just be yourself. if still no interest then move on and put the whole thing down to experience.

 Probably the most powerful flirtatious tool you can use to get across to someone that you like them is eye contact, and lots of it.
Try to hold eye contact with him for as long as you can, then smile and look away. If he looks at you back that is your green light.
Touch is always good, playfully tap him in the arm, touch his hand when taking something. Always point your body in his direction when you are talking to him.
Be interested in what he does, or is doing, and laugh at what he says, even if its not funny.
