You say you sleep with the three of them for money, why do you need the money and if you stop sleeping with them how will you manage financially.
You are prostituting yourself as you are charging these ladies for sex, prostitutes very rarely enjoy the sex but need the money, if this is your job then you and you no longer enjoy it then just like any other job you need to find a new one.
I trust you are keeping yourself and these ladies safe, do you have a girlfriend, do you want a girlfriend?
Think about what you wrote and look at all the advice given and look at if you are putting money over your happiness or can you get money in another way that will not involve sex.

 This can become what's known as the "thin end of a wedge", where you find yourself doing all sorts of things that you don't enjoy (and ultimately regret), just because those things aren't such a big step from what you're already doing.
Not that there's anything wrong with sex with older women and younger men, but it should be mutually desired, not something they pay you to do.
If these ladies come around again, I'd tell them the truth, that doing what you did made you uncomfortable and you don't want to do it again. You don't owe them more of an explanation than that, because offering money for sex is a bad thing no matter whether it's from men to women or vice versa.
You need to decide where you draw the line in future, so that you don't have to hesitate if another sexual offer for money comes your way. Make sure that you only have sex with someone if YOU WANT TO. No other reason is good enough.
As to getting money, there are jobs if you really look. You might need to get out of your local community to find work, and that sounds like it might be a good thing, if those women live in your town.
