She just may still be hurt from you breaking it off the way you did. Maybe you should have sat down and had an adult conversation about it and asked her and not just taking other people's word for it after all you were not dating them she just may need time to heal or it could be she rathet be done because yiu should her you dont trust her. Now would be a good time for that adult conversation. Ask her straight up so neither of y'all waste anymore time.... hope this helps
