She's certainly got you where she wants you!
You can't have a relationship where she can flirt with other men but you can't talk to other girls.
You either have to have 100% only each other and live like monks... Or you have to trust each other that you can have friends of the opposite sex, can have a bit of a flirt knowing that it's meaningless and just for fun, but if it goes too far then they have to stop the friendship.
Tell her you have been thinking about splitting up because of all this, and point out how unfair she is being. Stay calm when you do this as yelling will just get her all defensive. You are not accusing her here, just explaining how you feel.
If she's serious about you then it will be a big kick up the bum and she'll be willing to talk it through and things will be ok.
If she throws a fit and won't change then you have your answer, she is not going to put you above her social life and in my opinion, that's not a good relationship to be in.
