I hate every moment of it and when I wake up from the dream I'm often crying, it always looks real and I'm just wondering if it's normal for me to have this nightmare? or is something wrong? I don't actually know if this guy is stalking me but he keeps following me and I know he doesn't live any where near me.

hannahlucy is verified as being by the original poster of the questionthanks for all you're advise i've told 3 friends that i trust, it's not an adult but i know that they know whats happening. i'm just trying to find the right time to tell my parents but it's really hard as i know that they'll interigate me. he started grabbing my shoulder and on friday i asked him who he was(i don't know why or what it was going to achive) and he said his name was chris (more than likely a fake name) but i saw him yestrday outside my house, he was on the phone n i hard him say "this girl's got more guts than i first thought, i'll have to try harder to really scare her, you should have seen her last night she was sh**ing herself when she saw me in the garden" i don't know if he was doing that intentionally to scare me or not butno one else ever seems to see him.
i am getting round to telling my mum it's just finding the right time

hannahlucy is verified as being by the original poster of the questioni see him on my way back from school and i assume he's about 18+ coz i saw him driving yesterday and it looked just like the car in my dream/nightmare :S i'm really afraid to tell my parents incase they think i'm over reacting as it could be a massive coincidence,if only i could find out his name... then i could have some insight as to what he's like

The reason you are having this dream is because you are worried about this man following you. You've never seen him before, he's older than you and you're frightened! To dream that you have been raped indicates that you are feeling violated in some way. Someone is jeopardizing your self-esteem and emotional well-being (this man).
Take a note of his registration and make of car and make a note of all the times you see him just to be on the safe side. It could all be coincidence and he's just new to the area and gives you a second glance because he thinks you look pretty. If it continues and you know for sure that something isn't right then tell your parents about it and give them the information you have noted down. As long as you keep worrying about this guy then these nightmares will continue. Always try to be with someone when you're walking home or get a lift. Be vigilant and keep a close eye out for him and if it continues then tell your parents.

Stalks you? What age is he and do you know who he is? If he is older than you then I advose you to tell someone, and soon. If hes some guy your age at school (which im guessing hes not if he has a car in your dream) who fancies you then I wouldnt worry. I think the dream is your subconcious mind feeling a little creeped out and imagining the worst. But please tell someone about him, your mum or an adult you can trust, then they can sort it out and put your mind at rest, you dont have to mention the dream, or more precisly the rape pat of the dream if your embarressed to say that to your mum. You can just say you dream hes chasing you, but honestly tell someone soon! x

If you believe in premonitions, you better go hiding somewhere far way. or, you could warn the authorities, about that guy who stalks you.
