 Well, first of all, your body, your rules. Don't be pressured into anything you don't want.
Second, if you've decided you want to do this. Some make sure your hands are manicured so that your nails don't hurt her. (I'm telling you, women appreciate this.)
Then you just have to do what feels good. A rule of thumb is that if she says "ow" then you should stop.
