What I would like to do is suggestive while at the same time not naked or in lingerie. So, I was just gonna take a photo of my whole body in like a 'party' outfit but maybe slightly more adventurous, whilst still being something I wouldn't mind my mother seeing. Then, I thought I might have a close-up of my lips with me biting on my bottom lip, a photo of the top of my leg with a stocking on it, close-up back shot of me looking like I'm about to take off my bra etc. Does anyone else have any ideas? And opinions on whether or not this is a good idea are also very much appreciated. I've not promised him anything so can always change my mind. :)

You have to decide what you're comfortable with ending up somewhere on the internet. Not saying that your boyfriend is the kind of guy who would do this, but as you know there are countless possibilities. So make that line very clear for yourself.
The ideas you listed sound good if these are things that you are comfortable enough with. You could also draw inspiration from www.victoriassecret.com where the girls manage to look sexy in even average clothing.
