It's certainly not her diet, she eats well, a mainly Mediterranean diet, due to being a mixture of Portuguese, Mancunian and Swedish. It isn't the heart attack that's the issue, but the fact that people filmed her having it in the local park when she was out jogging (she had a week off work on annual leave), and some even took photos on their cameras, thinking it was Katy Perry joshing about - yes, my wife does look a bit like Katy Perry, albeit 5-10 years older, but with tanned skin. They even filmed her as she was being taken into the ambulance to go to hospital [a passer-by rung 999]. A friend of mine said he'd seen her collapsed and let me know; I went straight from work to see her in hospital.I feel sick to the stomach that people were being ghoulish like this; it's sickening, how would they like it?My wife's recovering in hospital and when I told her about this she said she had no idea, she was so out of it.I'm worried that the footage may end up somewhere unsavoury, like social networking/Twitter and/or the Internet, how should I deal with it, and how would I even know?I need some help in how to react to this, it's the first time we've ever had to deal with such a situation and I hope it doesn't happen again.

They were entertained by her distress and what could have been her death. That is beyond cold. Its dehumanizing and sickening. But there's all kinds of sick demented videos on the Internet it can really feed peoples depravity.
I would definitely search the web for videos using tag lines like the location or heart attack or something similar. Maybe have a friend do the searching for you as I don't think it would be good for you to put yourself through it but I think it should be done. If you do find something I would speak to a lawyer before going further.
I am so sorry you have to go through this. Hugs to you and your wife.

You and your wife have been blessed with a second chance, heart attacks aren't always about diet, and excerise . Your wife may have a prepositional condition that has been non symptomatic in layman terms a conditions that hadn't shown any bad signs I.e. sob shortness of breath, pain on walking running etc.. Normal this is due to hypertrophic or dialiated cardiomyopathy , lots of medical terms I'm sorry, this means her heart either from birth has become swollen enlarged or muscle tone around the heart is floppy making it dialiated . What I would do is ask the doctor / consultant lots of questions and get to the nitty gritty of what happened.. I wouldn't worry about whether these donkeys put this on the web, just makes them and those who watch it sick and that they should go into therapy . I'm a nurse I have seen the pain and suffering people go through and I would not wish that on anyone.. You need your strength your wife will need lots of support, as she will be worried, don't let what these donkeys did mar the recover process, your wife needs you.. And you her..Take care and keep us updated..

well if it does end up there... will it have her name?
while it was very very rude of them to do what they did, it's the culture now to film things.
if they post it, what will they say "anonymous woman having a heart attack in the park"? I mean it's not like they will link her name to it right?
