I have been with my b/f for over a year just to give you information.

We haven't seen each other since last saturday..we saw each other last night--usually i stay over so he brings clothes from his house--where he stays with his mother--and brings them to his apartment for the next morning for work.

I saw that he brought a lot of clothes in his bag--and he said they were sheets as well--he said on monday--the day he was busy doing yard work at his mom's house and shopping for an AC with her--that he went to his apartment that day to get rid of the garbage and the rest of the cake that i made him--b/c it was becoming a week old(but it was covered). But i remember he once told me--they only collect garbage on wednesday--so why would he go there monday? And he never mentioned to me at all that he went to his apartment on the day i spoke to him.

Anyway--now with the sheets as well as the bedspread of course my mind goes to--was he with someone else that he washed the sheets AND the bedspread? Am i being too paranoid??--arriving at the apartment--a lot of things are as i left it--my sunglasses in a certain spot, cards i gave him, earrings on the table, it wasn't tidy so i don't know who he would want coming over without cleaning up. Am i worrying too much that he didn't mention going to his apartment anytime i spoke to him until i mentioned his clothes last night?

Is it unlikely he did something if there are things of mine there in the place i left them last time? Is it weird how he just decided to go to his apartment for the garbage and then suddenly thinks--why not take the sheets home to do laundry?

And then i look in the drawer where the condoms are--and we have 2 dfferent kinds and there was only one left of one of the kinds--and i could have swore there were more but i can't say 100% b/c we haven't used them in awhile and i just can't say for sure.. but i just thought there were..am i being too paranoid when everything seems as i left it?

Jadzia1127 agony aunt Some girls stuff can be easily excused as 'that is my sister's stuff' or 'that's from my EX and I haven't had time to toss it yet'. One guy got really creative once and stated it was his 'dead' partners items and he didn't have the heart to even touch them. She was not dead just at work when he was having his affair.

Just because your stuff wasn't untouched doesn't mean another girl wasn't there. As for cleanliness if he doesn't clean up for you to come over then I doubt he would for another girl.

Number one thing if you suspect he is cheating make sure your are protected sexually.

Jadzia1127 agony aunt I have given out the list before of the signs of a cheater to others on this site and it sounds like you have a lot of room for concern with your boyfriend.

Keep your eyes open and listen to your head, for something is not right in your boyfriend's affairs. It might be something simple but then why lie.

The best thing is to trust your instincts, there is a reason why women have such strong instincts and why men always get upset when caught.
