Just keep telling her that you have already said that someone else can do it. Get it done as soon as possible and then she won't be able to so it! X

Well since she is so adamant, I am afraid you have now simply got to be honest with her. As I said before she is not going to please every customer she serves in real life, and being that she can't take a hint....it bodes badly for her future in dealing with the public. Now you are gonna have to just be straight with her. Yes it will upset her, but this will help her in the long run.

If you are getting it sorted out then there is no need to tell her. If she notices a change then you could say that she inspired you! X

This is why I don't do business with friends or family.. :) but seriously.. you need to sit her down and let her know.. People need to know about their mistakes, otherwise they will continue making them because they think they are doing things right due to noone is telling them.

Oh dear....
I know something of what has happened. I had an experience like that one time as one of my friends was enrolling at Cosmetology College. I simply wanted to support her. I go in, next thing I know Im getting chased down the street by angry mountain people with pitchforks screaming "Kill The Monster"!
Seriously though it happened to me and I had to end up shaving my head. And that was a mistaker because of course she saw me looking like a cueball and ran away with tears in her eyes. It was hell smoothing that friendship over, but eventually we did.
There is no good way to tell somebody that they suck at what they do. So when you get the mullet fixed up and you see your friend, just say that you had a bout of "Buyer's remorse".
And that after you got home you looked in the mirror and it just didn't seem the same. You are actually being honest and she may need to have the constructive criticism, for when she gets out in business not every single person is going to like the haircut they get from her...just a fact of life.
