 The top of your penis is very sensitive, and yes it's not unusual for it to hurt a little if you touch it. It will become less sensitive as you get older - the thin membrane of skin that when you're young tends to stick to your finger when you touch it and may hurt as you take your finger away gets thicker and tougher. It's not a problem. Don't worry.
Masturbating every day isn't a problem. Just be careful and sensible about it. It's just SO embarrassing (at any age) if someone sees you or hears you!
