Were of similar age and get on great. My placement ends in October but hes due to leave the post at the end of this month. We text every now and then and its harmless, sometimes flirty banter. Last week he started texting me on a friday night when he was drunk and the texts got a little more flirty than usual but nothing major however when i woke up the next morning i had a text saying 'baby i might have to take you out one time'.i didnt text back as it was then the following day. But was feeling it might be abit awkward at work the following week so text him the night before work just making small talk to which he replied and everything was fine. At work he did mention how drunk he had been on the friday to which i felt kind of explained the text. However I went out on Friday night and got ridiculously drunk and started texting him (he wasnt drinking that night and was at home). The texts got way more flirty! I said i think he should take me out to which he replied wouldnt that be unethical due to him sort of being my boss. He asked about my underwear and PJS and said he bet i looked cute. I came out and told him i liked him and said i thought he might like me too but he just replied saying 'cant blame you for liking me its part of my charm'. Anyway I havent heard from him since that night and he has a week off thank goodness! So i have a week to get over my drunken behaviour before i see him! The thing is i do like him! ALOT. and thought he liked me too but now I'm thinking otherwise. My questions are do you think he likes me too? And do you think its something that can happen or would we get into trouble with work? as well should i text anymore or just leave the ball in his court now that ive told him how i feel (even tho it was when drunk) ?
