My questions are:1.How can I know whether he has any feeling for me?2.How can I make him fall for me?3.Should I approach him or wait for him to approach me?

Sorry hun, but what I'm about to tell you, you should hold onto for the rest of your years.
You can't make someone love you.

A relationship between you both could seriously affect his career and your education, and is best left well alone.
The reason you can't figure out a way to ask him if he has feelings for you is because he's not in a position to develop such feelings for his pupils, and this is not a suitable situation to be. Obviously teenage girls commonly get crushes on their teachers, but the best way is to let them fade away naturally and get over it.
My advice is not to make any decisions you might regret, and to just take a step back and give this crush a chance to fade out.
