 It's perfectly natural for you to be nervous the first time you kiss someone, so your nervousness may not indicate to her that this is your first kiss ever. Good luck and remember, relax!

Ok, the good and bad news is that she'll probably be able to tell the first time you snog. The key to being a good kisser is to react to what your partner does. People like to kiss in different ways, and you'll be able to tell pretty quickly what she likes.
The other thing is to be honest and be yourself. You'll be nervous. Hopefully the right girl will find that cute and enduring. You don't need the fact that you've never had a GF to be your opener, but I'll bet it will come out if you make it to date #2. Just let the conversation flow.
Be prepared for some disbelief though.
