Sarcasm aside, lately I have been having strange pains. My knees hurt, muscles in my back I never knew the existance of hurt and I feel generally fatigued. (Tired when I get up, etc.)Before this I used to be a sportsfreak. I shoot bow and arrow, I do martial arts 4 times a week and on the other days fitness. Anyway, I have not done any of this for a month because of me moving to a new home and generally being caught up in everything plus some mild family drama. Could it be that going cold turkey from sports is causing this? Because I'm not really enjoying the idea of going to the doctor and getting a bunch of pain killers.

I don't think going cold turkey from sports would have this effect. You are young and previously very fit and healthy. One month of relative inactivity is a shourt time to decline so much. It may be coincidental that you have some stressors at this time, haven't had timefor sports, and developed these pains. You should see a doctor. But before just getting "a bunch of pain killers" you and your doctor should figure out the cause of these pains. It may not be easy, but don't give up! Keep asking questions, do your own research, insist on answers.
Hope you feel better soon

For starters sweetie, I LOVE your rational for asking this question!!! Too cute and so true!!!!
As for the aches and pains it could be just cold turkey. If you don't use it you loose it. Also, stress can play a huge factor in body aches. Try to take some time everyday that is all about you. Try and get some physical activity in everyday as well. If the pain worsens and don't seem to alleviate over a reasonable amount of time. Then see the doctor. Good luck and feel better soon!
