writes: hi, im really depressed at the minute. i play for a soccer team our manager doesnt like me. i want to move teams but i dont want to leave my friends behind ill miss them. i am very under rated becos he doesnt like me and its really annoyin he has his favourites. what should i do please help im so annoyed.

You get out on that damn field and play 10 times harder. That is exactly what you do. Take out all the hurt and anger you feel and just throw it right into the game. Or if you are mature enough and ready to handle it, you could talk to your coach alone and tell him exactly how you feel and im sure things will be fixed.
