 Well the head is obviously the most sensitive part.Maybe the most sensitive part of the male anatomy.Don`t know why it would be uncomfortable though.The only time I can remember the possibility of it being uncomfortable was puberty and you seam a little old to be going through that. Have you been sexually active at all. If so there might be the possibility that you caught something,and get your self examined by a doctor.But if your still a virgin then yha, I would say it`s totally normal.
