I find myself very attracted to one of my students. I know he's single, and I think my feelings may be reciprocated. We have a lot in common, which is rare for me to find. I have a pretty specific set of unusual interests and I don't often meet people who are into ALL of the same things. I would hate to just walk away from this one.I know it would not be appropriate to ask this guy out while I am still his instructor. My question is, how long after the class has ended should I wait before saying/doing anything? We are both adults, if that helps. I'm 21 and he's late twenties. Thanks for any advice :) Reply to this Question Share |

I would leave it for a few weeks after he has left. You don't want to get into any trouble. Other than that, good luck.

Once class has ended I don't see any reason you can't ask him out. Go for it!
