I really like him alot and i know he likes me to. How can i get him to realise he should leave her if he doesnt love her, and be with me?

Get a bigger house than she has, sounds like he'll come running then.
Seriously, forget him. He realises a lot more than you think so stay clear of him.

While I understand you want him, and it is definately driven more powerfully by his unavailability, I would urge you to STOP seeing him. From personal experience, a guy can have feelings for 2 girls and it sounds like he isn't sure what to do. I believe he likes you, but, you are in for a world of pain if you pursue this. I know from experience. If he leaves her, and goes to you, she will not take that lightly, and he will go to her, it'll be like ping pong. Tell him if he is unhappy, to end it, and then contact you.
Involving a home is SERIOUS and please, find someone else who is there for you emotionally and is single.
