I chatted online with the girl who placed it a few times, and she seemed really cool, with a sweet personality, and she dropped a couple of hints about things that made her sound pretty sexy too. I guess our conversations got pretty explicit most of the time and there were a few that could probably be considered cybersex.I'd asked her name, how old she was, and where she was from when we first started talking, and she knew the really basic details about me. It never sounded like anyone I knew, but when I asked for a picture, the one she sent me was a picture of my younger sister that I've seen on her Facebook profile. I really don't believe that I've been talking to my sister, I'm just concerned about her picture having been taken and God knows who else this girl sent it to. I've blocked her on IM because I don't know what to do to handle this situation. How should I get her to stop using my sister's picture?

This could be a major legal issue (ID theft)
or
this could be you and your sister talking
or
this could be someone trying to hurt your sister
or
this could be a prank being played on you to hold something over you
The most direct way to solve this is to talk to your sister directly about it. Whatever short term embarrassment you and her will suffer is NOTHING compared to the long term damages that will result of this, if this is more serious than just a prank.
Bite this in the ass now. Do not wait.

First confirmed with your sister about this case .
Then tell this girl to stop using your sister's picture or you will make a report to the police and also report her to the webmaster or owner of that website.

You need to talk to your sister quickly. This could be identity theft, or it could be an attack on her.

Talk to your sister, then possibly contact a lawyer.

This is a very serious issue. If someone else is using her picture for this type of work, and Lord knows, Im no-one to judge, but if they are using it for this type of work, your sister could potentially be in danger. Who knows what type of creeps are lurking in the streets.
If it were me, and I was in your shoes, the first thing I would do is speak to your sister. Make 100% sure that it wasnt her, and that it is someone else using this picture. I know what you said about the fact that you cannot imagine for a minute that you had been speaking to your sister, and I am sure you are right, but just make sure first! Then if it isnt her, I would suggest that you contact the police. As I said, you dont know what creeps are walking the streets and all you need is for one guy to see your sister and say, "Hey, thats the girl that advertised casual sex. I know it is because I saw her photo." Firstly, could you imagine your sisters face if she was out with friends or a boyfriend and this happened? How embarressing for her, and if it were me, Id probably loose the plot! Secondly, what would her friends/boyfriend think of her? What would the people standing around her think of her?
This isnt just about you now, this is about protecting your sisters interests and more importantly, her!
I hope you do find a resolution to this. Please keep me posted about how you get on!
