 Well we shall start with the girl that you want to be with. If she has told you that she does not want to be with you then you just need to accept that she doesnt love you back and you need to move on. If she has made it clear that there is no chance then am afraid there is nothing you can do about this.
As for the girl that wants to be with you. Just because the person you want to be with is refusing doesnt mean that you should just jump in to a relationship with somebody else. If you dont want to be with this girl then you need to tell her. Dont go in to a relationship with her if your heart is not in it as you may end up hurting her. But if you feel that maybe you could get to know her more and fall for her then take things slow and see what happens.
