 maybe it did split but it was a small tare that you didn't see.I suggest you give her the benefit of the doubt, and don't assume that she is lying.

It didn't need to split WIDE open.
It only needs a tiny tiny hole in it for a few sperm to slip through.
If she keeps the baby then ask for a DNA test to make sure it is yours. You will have to pay for it but it will be worth it.
Once you know it is yours then you have to be a dad to it.
If you have sex then you risk being a dad. If you weren't ready for fatherhood then you shouldn't have had sex so young.

If you are certain that the condom didn't break, then there is no way the baby is yours. She may have slept with someone else.
