writes:Hello this is my first time here =)Well i am a cool guy, have friends(popular in school), good looking, and kinda profound, but Ive never had a girlfriend or had sex, last girl i tried to get, well she was 1 year older,i talked to her and all was nice, we even have fun playing chess, i get her number and manage to invite her out in person the same day, i have to do all that in 2 days, because the curse in which i meet her was going to end the second day sense we know each other(only 2 days). Well she tell me yes to going out, but i talked to her last night and guess what she have boyfriend and was like saying no to the date. What i like about her was her beauty(she was very beautiful) but most important her personality, she was like skater and looked very singular, but now i have to turn the page, i don't want to loose my virginity with any girl, and i also want to give her human love(not obsession or something), be a good boyfriend, i have had many opportunities to get some girls, but i really was not interested in them. I just wish i could have a girl i liked a lot and treat her with love and have a healthy relationship. I study in a only men school, i have 17 years, next i want to become a physicist, i even support women rights =)and their liberation, to be honest i don't know when I'm going to find a girl that I'm really in to, both physically and interior beauty because sometimes i wish to be like my friends and when they see a girl they only think in (you know what i mean). Why i have to like beautiful girls+personality and interior beauty. What i don't want to do is lie when i say i love you.

 There is a very fine line between appearing confident (and imo appealing) and appearing egotistical (and a total turn off). Ya might wanna check which side ya toes are poking on coz I am wondering if somewhere in the ensuing convo's with this girl you perhaps came across (even if unitentional) like you were trying to sell yourself (trying to list your qualities like an advertisement) rather than just being yourself and letting what may shine about you be apparent without need to draw attention to it specifically.
As another poster has commented - their are plenty of women out there that fit the criteria you find appealling, so fear not, others are bound to cross your path.
There is no need to lie to anyone when saying 'i love you', ... simply dont say it if you don't mean it. Don't hook up with someone expecting this is something required to be said or felt - it's not. Alternatively, don't knock interesting prospects back coz U don't feel you are already in love with them - You're not going to know until you are in it a while if love is what you truly feel for them anyway. Don't also assume or expect that who ever you hook up with has to be the person you lose your virginity to.
I guess I am saying put aside some of the preconcieved notions you have about how a relationship should play itself out and just enjoy each moment for what it is, doing whatever feels right for you both within it.
