But as my penis came to its normal shape, the foreskin covered my penis again. I doubt, if i pull my foreskin again, it will pain. What shall i do now ?

Go and see a doctor. You might need some sort of surgical intervention like a circumcision. Your GP should be able to give you the best advice and maybe a referral to a urologist.
