Take an ordinary flannel and run it under some very hot waterThe water sould not be so hot that it burns your skin as this can be dangerous 2. Scrub the flannel vigerously against your skinThe heat will open your pores and the scrubbing will remove all the dirt.3. Do not touch your face and keep your hair off it as much as possible. This method works best before you sleep because you do not need to cover your face in makeup and when you wake up in the morning you will see the difference :)If this process is repeated every night then i guarentee a definite change in your skin :)My spots cleared up in just 2 days :)Here are some tips about caring for your face1. Normal soap drys out skin try to buy special soap or alternativley use my method which does not require soap :D2.Moisturiser on your face can clog pores depending on whether you have oily skin or not, and actually cause spots 3. Witch stick is such a good product for spots, however can sting but it really does a good job it comes in a small green tube in most supermarkets and in the english shop 'Boots'4. Face masks are useful too they are very cheap here about £0.99 and really do the job well5. If you ask a local GP or pharmasist they can perscribe an acne treatment called quinodermWell thats about all i can say- these methods are all safe and shouldn't cause you any trouble, i hope i helped out please feel free to message me back about any queries i'm happy to help :D xxxxx

However, rubbing a flannel against spots and/or acne could make the problem much worse. Spots are not caused by dirt. They are caused by excessive sebum production, determined by hormones and other factors. Rubbing with a flannel is more likely to irritate skin further, spreading the infection and causing pain. So how to get rid of spots? 1) Watch you diet - cut out sweets and junk food, 2) Be gentle on your skin, use a soothing cleaner and moisturiser, yes a moisturiser and do not do anything to further irritate the spots. 3) Go to a naturopath or doctor and find a long term solution to address the underlying causes. And until you've gotten rid of them? There is nothing wrong with wearing makeup to camouflage them until treatment kicks in. If you are sure to wash it off gently and thoroughly before bed, it WON'T make them worse. It will make you happier and more confident. Good luck.

Ok i do have to put my input in as a beauty therapist and a skin specialist to be honest this method might work i dont know but the best way to get rid of spots is a good skin routine, cleanse, tone moisturise every day, a cleanser opens the pores and really working in the cleanser removes any excess dirt and oil, toning closes the porse and removes any excess cleanser and moisturising puts a protective barrier over the skin but always use upwards movements to prevent sagging and always included the neck. Also masks and exfoliants are to be used ONCE a week.
