Yes, get the Morning After Pill (from your doctor or a clinic, in some countries, it is also to get one without a prescription) as soon as possible (as in, within the next 24 hours at max). The Morning After Pill is sometimes sold as Plan B or Levonelle. The sooner it is taken, the more effective it will be. After 3 days, it is ineffective. You should not wait 3 days though.
If you were engaging in risky sex (such as having sex with a stranger or having a one night stand rather than having sex with a long term partner), you should also get yourself checked for STIs. That isn't as urgent as getting the Morning After Pill, but it's still important and you should get tested as soon as possible if you've had risk sex.
For the future, consider using hormonal contraceptives to reduce the risk of pregnancy. You should continue to use condoms as well though when it comes to having risky sex if you must have it at all.
