Uh, hello? Did you notice he has a WIFE in that sentence? Regardless of whatever feelings you might be developing, the guy's married and he shouldn't be "cuddling" you at all. Particularly not in the workplace, which is unprofessional at best and sexual harrassment at worst.
If it's at all possible, you should be getting out of the workplace and finding another job. The power imbalance means that you may feel that you can't reject his advances without risking your job. He's taking advantage of that. He's taking advantage of YOU.
And he's married.
Get another job somewhere else and develop some feelings for someone who doesn't already have a wife waiting at home for him.
