If you're honestsly trying to lead a healthier, happier lifestyle, yoga is definetely something to try. Not only do you physically feel better, it affects you in a spiritual way also. The more you allow yourself to be open to yoga, the greater it will benefit you. It can be defined as exercises that promote self-discipline, control of your mind, body, and soul.
Although I don't practice yoga half as much as I should, trying it out was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. It benefited in more ways than I could imagine.
