See your GP - you'll do your head in otherwise worrying!
Go to your doc and have a chat. Firstly you can see if you are or aren't pregnant, secondly if you are not, you can have a chat about your cycles to make sure everything is ok.

If you have had unprotected sex the simple answer is yes. If you ahve had sex whilst using some form of contraception then it is less likely....but not completely impossible as no from of contraceptive is a hundred percent foolproof. Get a pregnancy test from the pharmacy and do it. Don't wait any longer. If it positive then you will have to decide what to do next, so go see your GP for guidance. If it is negative go to see your GP, explain what you have said here and that the pregnancy test you did was negative...then they can help you.
Good luck.

I thought I was pregnant and it turned out that I wasn't. I missed a period and had some symptoms so, I took a pregnancy test to ease my mind.

If you've had unprotected sex then a difference in your periods is a sign that you may be pregnant. If your periods are usually regular, then you should get a test as soon as possible. You may want to do this to put your mind at ease anyway. Other symptoms to look out for (which aren't guaranteed to happen) are sore boobs, feeling sick, hormonal etc. However, these could also be symptoms you get before you start your period! Get a test anyway, find out for sure.
Just remember, in future, be careful and always use a condom. Good luck and hope everything works out.
