 You need to find out if he really fancies you. Try to spend time with him as much as you can and get to know him better. When talking to him, don't try to impress him or anything like that, just be yourself as much as possible. You want him to find out what you are really like, not what you are like pretending to be someone you're not!
Just give it some time, don't be too impatient. When you get to know each other better its much easier to talk to each other, and to find out if he fancies you.
Try not to get jealous though, it's just going to make you upset.
