Stomach pains after prostate massage... Why?

A male United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I did some experimenting on my body tonight. I was masturbating when I noticed a cylinder shaped object about 12cm long. I decided to use it on my prostate (you know what that involves) using oil as lubrication. It was a pretty amazing experience, but now I feel a pain in my stomach. I have been drinking and recently eaten some left-over dinner, but I'm worried that these pains are to do with my experimenting. Is it possible I've hurt myself by using this?

Odds are good this is simple cramps combines with fear. Your body may be responding to something going into it, rather than out of it. Nothings wrong with anal stimulation, just do it right. Small toys, lot of lube, gentle play... build up to size and trusting (and depth).

You should be fine in 24 hours

Either you've hurt yourself or you've got food poisoning. In both cases, you need to see the doctor. And I'm also afraid you'll have to be honest as well. The only thing I can say is that my mum was a nurse, and she said there's very little she and doctors haven't' seen, so just be honest and hope for the best. And though RainOrFire is right about everything else, treatment is free in Britain, so there aren't medical costs.

i think leave it a couple of days and see how you feel - if no better than go to the doctors, no shame in it as we have all used objects from time to time. Just make sure its not the food first. Rainorfire, the medical bills in the UK are free on the NHS.

Calm down unless you are keeling over with pain at this second, you can breathe a little. First, if you were really getting into it and maybe working it a little too hard, Jeff it is possible, you bruised something. There is also the possibility of an infection, depending on how clean the object was and how you were using it. All bodies have some levels of natural and normal bacteria, however this bacteria is only suppose to be in certain areas, sometimes it is possibly to get some of our ok bacteria in a spot that isn't ok and then you can get an infection or similar issue. If you are still feeling pretty bad in a couple of days, tell your parents about your pain (you don't need to them why you have the pain, however you will need to tell the doc. that but under law he can't tell anyone else.

In the future, make sure anything you use for your enjoyment is clean and disinfected, use soap, etc. clean it, dry it off, make sure your "areas" are super clean". And, maybe invest n a "real" toy from a specialty store.

RAINORFIRE agony auntI think you need a doc not sure how you massage a prostate but or what it is exactly or where it is but it sounds like you shouldnt have been messing with it. if you need oil and tools to get to it thats God telling you dont (I wanna use the EF word) but Any way dont mess with it. If the pain persist go see a doc explaining this will be awkward the doctor bills expensive but the valuable lesson priceless. But really see a doc you could have broke something.
