Could it be that you was stressed out? If you was a bit tense or nervous about the whole thing, it could have made you feel like that. Or it could be the opposite, if you were feeling really excited, it might have caused those feelings. Any strong emotion could provoke the feelings you described.
I'm really not entirely sure on this one though, as there isn't much information to go on. But if you are concerned, then perhaps you could see a doctor, just to put your mind at ease? They may have more ideas as to what caused this. Best of luck. x

 Well I dont think this normally happens to tell you what it normally means, ... but perhaps the tummy pain was something to do with being penetrated deep or hard, ...and the head spin, ummm, maybe you just had a really good orgasm that blew your mind.
