 it is legal to marry a first cousin in the uk so second cousin isnt really a problem if you love her go for it if u feel so strongly but she has to feel the same way and dont ask her out through a friend get talking to her directly and see how she feels.i used to fancy my second cousin when i was younger but im adopted so its not exactly blood, it can still be a bit weird though, all depends on how strong feelings are.
