He goes out with all of these differnet girls to make me jealous and im breaking down! Teh first time we broke up was just out of the blue and he didnt tell me why he broke up with me. Then he called me the next day cuz i guess he felt bad for me or sometin and we got back together. Then the next day later he has one of my friends tell me that we broke up again! I was just amazed about it. Because he was my first for everything kiss and sex. So i dont kno what to do and i really need advice! plz!!!

 I think you should try and talk to him, if you get a reasonable response and understand where he's coming from and can absorb what he has said with no hard feelings then try him again. If not, it depends how you feel, do you want to try and stay friends or do you just want to forget about him and get on with your life.
You should take a while to think about how you would feel about all of the options and just follow your heart!!!
