You have about 60 years left, you should be able able to find someone.
When you are dumped it can make you feel undesirable, but you need to remember that people are all different. She didn't dump you because there's something wrong with you, she dumped you because you weren't right for each other.
Find someone that's right for you and accept the fact that you'll go through other candidates until you find "the one". It's part of the process and, ideally, it'll help you find the person that you'd like being married to for the remainder of your years.

Take time for you, and whatever is meant to happen will happen. For now, just live your life, and just be you. Someone will come along who likes you for you, and then things will fall into place...

30 is young
18 is VERY young... you have plenty of time.
