He managed to somehow lock me into some sort of "fixation" on him. He started kissing me, and touching me, he tried to have sex with me, but, I told him no. At the time I didn't really know what was going on, I'd had major family problems and was a bit depressed, so I thought he was being friendly and trying to help. Obviously now I realize what he was doing. I told him to leave me alone and I haven't seen him for a year and a half, but throughout that time he has been pestering me, through anyway possible, he said he wants to be friends, he played mind games with me. I told him I'd take serious action if he didn't stop trying to contact me, he stopped. Suddenly he thinks its okay to text me again. I know it sounds silly, he's trying to be nice, but when I see a text from him I feel sick, get really nervous and cry.I don't want a lot of fuss, but what should I do?!Please help xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Good plan, "celiaaletta".
I would also suggest that if those measures don't work - someone persistent enough could circumvent them - it's quite easy to take out an injunction against him.
The Police love to do that; it looks good in their figures, showing them as doing something without much effort or paperwork!
If you are indeed in the age range 13-15 as shown, his attempts at intercourse, even if unsuccessful, count as statutory rape, if you want to scare him with the prospect of such charges.
I can understand your reluctance to make a fuss: family issues here? But, remember if he is pre-disposed to force himself on women and reluctant to desist when told, he will try it on with others and needs to be stopped.
Remeber, YOU have done nothing wrong and are not to blame in any way, so why should you suffer and let him get away with it to harass others?
Please share this with your family. or the Police at least and don't suffer in silence.
