writes: i posted a question on my relationship troubles about 2weeks ago on how i asked my gf to let go of me and later regretted it.i got an advice from one of the readers and it helped a lot.first i set a target of 1week in which i was neither going to ring or text her and i was able to do so though it was a miserable one for me not hearing from or trying to reach her.right now i am about to set another time of 1 month in which i would go into another relationship as i have found someone i do like to move on with.but my question is does her continuous silence mean its over and also if it is advisable to go into a new relationship simply to get over her.also if it is right to call her my ex.i need answers to keep me hanging on here.please

Hun, sounds like you are coping very well. Yes it is ok to refer to her as your ex... And yes her continued silence means that she has moved on with her life.
Dont rush into another relationship too quickly, rather take things slowly and just enjoy each others company.
