Hey not trying to scare you ,it might be HVP,see a doctor. Let the women you are seeing, know about this, she can have a pap smear done, there no test for a man. Good luck

 Probably nothing to worry about. It's just skin, so it does the same thing that skin on the rest of your body does -- gets pimples and spots. It's good to keep an eye on it and get to know what's normal for you, so that if something out of the normal does show up you can go to the doc.

 they are probably nothing... could be a zit or an ingrown hair or just a discoloration.
IF they go away by themselves then they are no big deal but the next time you go to the doctor you can ask him/her about it to feel more secure about it.
if they hurt or you are too worried about it go see the doctor for peace of mind.
