 Well after having unprotected sex there is a chance you could have an STD, so you need to visit your doctor and get tested. If you dont get tested then there is a chance any STD you have will be left untreated and it can get worse, so it is very important that you visit a doctor asap. Visit this page for more information:

If it is not a STD then it could be Thrush, but we cannot diagnose you over the internet so you really must see a doctor who will be able to help you.
And in future please use contraception! You are risking pregnancy and your own health by having unprotected sex, it really is not worth the damage you are doing to your body so you need to start being responsible for yourself, or stop having sex. Contraception is free here in the UK so there is no excuse - I suggest while you are at the doctors you ask about birth control and ask for some free condoms (doctors have a stash of these to give to under 25's).
