writes:OK sooo..... i dated this guy 6 months ago. we dated for a month. we broke up because he was moving. i have known him for 3 years now. we have been talking the whole time he has been gone and a few weeks ago he sent me a text saying that he loved me and wants to be together forever. i love him too and i told him that. he still lives 2 hours away so we never get to see each other. i am going to see him soon and im very excited. i am confused because sometimes when i tell him i love him he texts me back with a smiley face instead of telling me he loves me back. i dont know what to think. do you think he really loves me? am i saying it to much? i dunno he has told me a few times that he loves me and he cant wait to say it to my face but i just dont know what to think i have been hurt a lot before in the past and i dont want it to happen again. also my parents dont want me to go see him and he knows that. i think that is putting a strain on our relationship. he told me not to worry about it and that everything is ok but im still worrying. if you have any advice please let me know :)

perfectdovez12 is verified as being by the original poster of the question he is really busy with work like works 70+ hours a week trying to work his way up in the business and also he told me that he is coming to my place to spend time with me and my family when he can find time to get off work.thanks for the advice :)

 It's easier said than done, so they say....
It's easy to say I love you even if they really don't mean it. That's the trend. You can only find out that he really loves you if he really marries you. You said that he wants to marry you right? Then that's the only time he can prove himself if he really loves you.
BTW, why do you need to go and see him instead of him come to your place and meet you...?
You need to be very careful and weigh his actions, trust your guts and be smart so that you won't be hurt again...
