She shows all the classic signs of liking me but then sometimes when I stop by her desk she will lean back with her arms crossed kind of closing me off. We also work out together, sometimes when she comes into the gym she will give me a great big wink and flash a quick smile like we are sharing some sort of secret. When ever her office mate is off she makes a point of telling me she will not be there and that I need to come up and keep her company. She will occasionally touch me on the arm when talking, or goose me when she walks behind me in the gym. The other day we were talking and we seemed to just get lost in each others eyes for about 30-40 seconds (my heart just melted). Then the next tieme I see her she seems almost cold. Sometimes she seems off limits to me others it seems she really likes me. The mixed signals confuse the heck out of me. What do you think does she like me or just wants to be friends?

I personally did not realize the negative implications of the crossed arms stance until i was told by a wiser person.
Ask her out...the winks say it all! :-)

I think you should bite the bullet and ask her out. Then you will know one way or the other.
