But yesterday I was about to go to a retirement party for my A-Level teacher and I didn't have the courage to knock on the door where the party was, even though I drove into town to go there. I wasn't sure if my friends were going but that's still no excuse. My question is how can I improve my courage? Reply to this Question Share |

you are going through abit of insecurity at the moment, has any thing set this off? social phobia can happen at any time in life and can affect the most outgoing people, you want to get some help so it doesnt get to the point where you cant live a normal life love, you can buy books to help or if you have had a problem that has affected you and made you feel a little unsure in certain situations. Dont feel bad its not your fault seek some advise from your doc if things do not improve ok love, you are very brave backpacking around europe on your own, so this is just a hicup.. Dont get all stressed out about it that will just make it worse, ok sweety YOU TAKE CARE NOW LOTS OF LOVE MANDY XXXXXXX
