writes:I've just broken up with my girlfriend of 5 months but during this time the relationship was very serious. Last week everything was fine and then I received a text saying she wasn't ready for a relationship and we were over. We are both at the same uni and live 2 streets apart which means I will constantly see her. I've tried to meet her and phone her but she's just completely ignoring me and I'm finding it difficult to cope and feeling depressed and constantly crying. What should I do?

She dumped you through a text after a 5 month relationship hunny i find this a real nasty way to avoid talking with you about any problems and feelings she may have had... I no your upset and i can tell from your question how depressed this must make you feel, but im going to tell you to stop trying to phone her and text her, you probably wont get anywhere other that more down.. You certainly should have had some sort of explanation face to face, you must feel so let down and alone, sweety for your own health as this could make you feel quite ill if you focus on it 24/7 talk to a friend use all the people around you that love you to get through this. I really feel for you, if she does contact you just remember how hurt you feel now and go very carefully, its so hard when this happens you cant focus on anything else and havent a clue what to do with yourself, You are a strong person and you can deal with this with help please talk with someone close to you you need a mate right now...
