If you masturbate quite a lot then you become desensatised.
You dont have the feeling of orgasm even though you have, if you think this could be the reason then try not masturbating for a week or so then when you do the feeeling should be back to normal.

Normal is relative.
I think you should make an appointment with your doctor. I am sure it happens to plenty of people but it is important to make sure there is nothing pysically concerning. Your doctor, as weird as it is to talk about sex with, is there to help you understand your body.
Don't put pressure on yourself that there is something "wrong" with you. You are a human being trying to figure out how the biology of your own body works best - as we all are.
Don't put off the doctor - he/she is the right resoruce for you.
