If you are sure this person has no std's you can have unprotected sex, but there is a risk as no pill is 100% safe, the risk is very minimal but there is still a risk and as for coming off the pill it is different with each pill and every individual person as to how long it will take to get out of your system, if you can give me the name of your pill i could probably give you some more info, failing that google the name.
Take care.xx.

The pill is 98% effective at protecting you against unplanned pregnancies. But it does NOT protect you from AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases. So have your partner get tested for these diseases, before you start having sex, then perhaps it'll be safe not to use a condom if you plan to remain monogamous with each other. There is always a slight chance of getting pregnant while on the Pill, for one thing, you could forget to take it one day, and it could result in pregnancy. I think they recommend that you be on the Pill for 1-2 months before you start having sex. This gives your body the chance to adapt, and regulate itself. Once you go off the Pill, I would wait 6 months before getting pregnant. I think you can conceive fairly soon afterwards, but if it were me, I'd use condoms and give it 4-6 months to get out of my system before I start to conceive. Just a personal choice I think. Nothing is 100%. Good luck.
