It kind of hurts always being the second choice ya know? I don't really understand what's wrong with me. People always become my friend and then drift away. I asked my sister about it and she says that they're all just dumb... because I'm not annoying or too loud... she says that if she was a guy my age... she would be in love with me. So what possible things could I be doing wrong? I just don't understand why I always have to be number two. Reply to this Question Share |

[AngelEyes... not all guys are dumb. Don't stereotype a gender!]
But I agree - be true to yourself. I understand it hurts to be feeling second best, and it can seriously damage your self esteem.
I doubt that there's anything wrong with you/doubt you've done anything wrong - maybe the guys you're around prefer loud girls. Just stick it out, and one day you'll find the perfect guy for you - better than any of the guys you've found so far. Maybe consider taking up a new activity - find some new guys to be around - maybe this is what you need to do to find the right guy for you.
Good luck with finding the right guy.
Try not to feel that you're not as good as anybody else - we're all unique, so we shouldn't ever compare ourselves to others anyway.
