be careful, 'love' is a strong word, your only 13 and theres alot of time for all that stuff..
you shouldnt need to be in a serious relationship at your age, this should be the time when your having fun and making mistakes and thats ok..
kissings no big deal, but id hold off the other stuff for a while, your dont want to give the wrong impression..
i became sexually active far to long and even though i thought it was 'love' at the time, i was wrong, im now in a relationship that is so amazing, and so much more than i ever thought. as you get older the meaning of love is clarified and totally re-defined..
the first guy was the wrong guy, i wish id waited.. so i think you should to..
but you should just ask him how he feels about stuff, but dont let him push you..
if he is alot older than you then be careful, if not, then just relax and be young, be kids, cause you only get to do that once..

ermm... i had the same when i was 13...
i just told him when we were alone,.. i loved him so much and i really wonted to snogg but i didn't know how to,
he then came closer and snogged me i was very suprised but i liked it....
tell him and see his reaction :)xx
